Popular eatery, Salumi, opened its doors to start offering food fresh from the coal in 2022. Their redeveloped beer garden, “The Garden of Dreams,” boats Plymouth’s first fire kitchen, where food is cooked in an open kitchen, outdoors over open coals. The restaurant was hoping to announce more dates for their pop-up in the near future, including the return of chef Dave’s favourites, the Rock Salt Pan Asia Night, reimagined over hot coals.

Chefs Dave Jenkins and Jake Hardington have built a stellar reputation at Salumi for super-friendly service and fusion food for all occasions.
