However, some reviews mention long waiting times for food and occasional issues with food temperature or preparation, leading to disappointment for some.
"The Seco Lounge is part of a change of Lounge spaces up and down England and Wales. That provides a friendly and cozy Lounge style environment.
This Lounge is Located in a large unassuming building within the Royal William Yard in Plymouth, and is easily accessed by the no. 34 bus route.
In my opinion, part of the charm and uniqueness of this Lounge is that all the tables and chairs are different styles and shapes and there are plenty of wall art, pictures and decorations of the walls and columns.
All staff are friendly and able to bring your drinks/food to your table if asked. Staff do not wear a uniform, which in my opinion adds to the uniqueness of this venue."

"Pleasantly surprised at how nice the food was!
We went here for my father's birthday meal because we didn't have much luck with getting a table anywhere else
We were expecting it to be overpriced & for the food to be mediocre at best, due to it's location being in the Royal William yard
Our assumptions were proven wrong as the food & drinks were actually decently priced & to our surprise, the food was actually pretty good!
I had the birria tacos which were the best tacos that I've had in Plymouth; the menu had some interesting options & was definitely different from your standard Plymouth eatery menu!
The location is very nice, being in the historic Royal William Yard
There is also outdoor seating with nice views of the surrounding historic buildings & water!
Overall, we all enjoyed the meal & I'd definitely come back again"

"Ok but, waiting time was over 40 minutes which wasn’t great with kids. And poached eggs for our brunch were all over cooked and me and my husband weren’t happy at all"
