Reviews Summary
The Bottle & Glass Inn is praised for its beautiful setting and high-quality food, particularly its modern British dishes and Sunday roasts. However, several reviews highlight significant concerns about portion sizes, high prices, and inconsistent service, with some diners experiencing long waits and feeling the value for money was lacking. Despite these criticisms, the attentiveness of some staff and the overall quality of the food are frequently commended.
"Great place to stay in a good location. Both the evening meal and breakfast were fantastic. Will be staying here again."

"We visited this isolated pub for dinner and were totally blown away by the good standard. All 3 of us ordered the rib eye steak with chips, béarnaise sauce and dressed baby gem. It was £38, all really enjoyed it. The triple cooked chips are DELICIOUS! We drank the South African Protea Merlot at £32. The staff were really friendly and attentive."

"Visited the barn today with my family lovely food and nice location, but had to wait 1 hour and 10 minutes for our food which I think wasn't acceptable it wasn't very busy.
We did get offered free drinks as an apology so that was nice."
