We had such a wonderful time at Zizzi in Richmond — from the moment we stepped in, the cozy decor and warm atmosphere made us feel right at home. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into creating a relaxing, inviting vibe. Everything from the lighting to the layout contributes to an effortlessly chilled ambiance.
The staff were incredibly welcoming, and a special shoutout goes to our fantastic waiter, Tony. He was friendly, attentive, and made the experience feel even more personal.
We also have to commend Toby, the chef — his cooking is absolutely phenomenal. Hailing from Hong Kong, Toby’s skills in the kitchen are second to none. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. He’s genuinely one of the best chefs we’ve come across.
Even the little things stood out — the toilets were spotless and hygienic, which always adds peace of mind. Throughout the visit, I felt completely comfortable and cared for.
All in all, Zizzi Richmond delivers not just great food but a thoughtfully curated experience that makes you want to return. It was perfect for our anniversary."

I also have to mention the pizza—honestly, it was amazing! Perfectly cooked, with the right amount of toppings, and full of flavor. It was one of the best pizzas I've had in a while!
