"Visited for lunch today and was pleasantly surprised. One of us had the beef and Ale pie, it was absolutely huge with loads of Brocolli. It was very tasty and the ale really shone through but there wasn't a great deal of meat and it was fairly fatty meat. The pastry was lovely. It was a proper pie and I woukd try the chicken one next time. The other person had hunters chicken and again a good portion and very high quality. I would go again."
