It was our second time visiting as a family, and once again, we were absolutely blown away by the flavours.
The burger I had was simply phenomenal!
every bite was bursting with taste. The meat was cooked to perfection, the sauces were well balanced, and the bun was incredibly fresh. I just couldn’t get enough of it, and I know I’ll be craving it for a long time!
The atmosphere of the place is warm and welcoming. The décor, the music, and the overall vibe make it a fantastic spot to enjoy a meal.
Plus, the service was excellent we didn’t have to wait long for our food, and everything was served just right.
Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. A special shoutout to John Chef and the owner, Matt, who made us feel truly special. They were both so hospitable and ensured everything was spot on.
Caws Burger truly stands out with its outstanding food and top notch service. If you’re looking for a proper, high quality burger, this is definitely the place to go in Hitchin.

And apart from the burgers being absolutely incredible, the service was a real standout 🤩 We were told that with the app we'd be applicable for a free birthday burger which was applied. "We ordered the halloumi burger and the caws classic with added patty and bacon with 2 chips. The chip portions are really big, I would say two people can share one portion. Chips are so nice and crispy. First time I have ever seen a burger that actually looks like/better than the advertisement 🙌🏼 little bit expensive when you order fries and drinks but love coming here and the food is always 10/10. Always got good music on too. 4/5 for atmosphere just because in the summer it’s a bit hot inside and in the winter it’s cold because of the door constantly being opened.
