We had our final meal here after we had booked our table as it gets really busy here due to theatre goers eating out before their showing. It’s such a lovely restaurant decorated with deep green walls and flamingo figures with the original dark wood beams. I had a Vodka, Soda and Lime to drink with my Beetroot & Walnut Burger with Fries.

Loxley’s is probably our most recommended restaurant with a varied menu that should suit all tastes and their staff are always friendly and welcoming. Loxley’s is the perfect pre-theatre destination. They take pride in delivering freshly cooked seasonal dishes in a relaxing and comfortable environment.

In Stratford you have a wide choice of restaurants, some of our favourites include; The Woodsman, Lambs, Loxleys, Salt, The Opposition and Vintners, booking is advisable for all. Anything of the places in Bell Court are good, I really like Veenos. Italian has to be Sorrentos.

I don’t often write reviews, but our experience at Loxleys was so outstanding I feel compelled to. From start to finish, everything was just so good.We were there for a pre theatre dinner. We often go to one of the restaurants on Sheep Street, Loxleys included.

A delicious Sunday Roast (pork) and two fabulous starters: one of them a carrot and chick pea fritter, lightly chili'd, unusual and exceptional!. Great service, cheery and helpful staff (gluten free absolutely no problem). What else is there to score?
