"60 minutes!!!!!! We waited to receive our food. To be disappointed. I am disappointed massively the food was horrible, the portions were small, chips were Mccains, duck was like the Sahara desert DRY!!! Spare ribs were like trying to bite a leather jacket. Sweet n sour…. Or gravy? £80 wasted between 4 adults. Homeless would turn their nose at it.

The Staff were also incompetent, we asked how long food would be 3 times, got told 5/10 minutes every time. No compensation. Restaurant wasn’t busy either. 3 people came and ordered after and received food before us, even after us asking again for the estimated time.

"Shocking evening. We booked to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday and safe to say there was zero celebrations. We even made them aware when booking it was to celebrate her birthday. It was a whole HOUR before our starters came out. The staff couldn’t have made it more obvious they didn’t want to be there. Food and drinks slammed down on the table, rice nearly poured all over my Mum when the waitress just kept pushing the bowls off the lazy susan in the middle. Restaurant is tired and run down, ash trays still in the toilets it’s that dated. Walls crumbling and plaster falling off. No music, no atmosphere. What was supposed to be a really lovely celebration was a huge disappointment. They took 10% off the receipt without us asking as they knew the service was poor but a really disappointing expensive evening and a waste of money and time. Just don’t bother. Food was ok but irrelevant as the whole experience was so poor and while you go out to eat nice food you want to have a nice time and it absolutely wasn’t that!"
