"Zizzi was a bit disappointing today. I cannot complain about the food as that was excellent. Unfortunately the service was very slow. When we arrived the place was busy and we waited about 20 minutes for our drinks and 40 minutes for our starter which were garlic bombs. By this stage of the afternoon the place was starting to empty and the rush was over, but we still waited more than 30 minutes for our main meals, spag boll and pizza. I do not think that our waitress had timed starters and main meals correctly. The other thing I was surprised about is that after the 4 tables around me had left, there were not cleaned of plates, drinks for over 30 minutes."

I came for a birthday meal with my friends and they went above and beyond to make it special. I am always a little nervous to go to places as I am gluten free and don't want to be difficult, but Izzie was super attentive, always cracking us up (despite being very busy) and nothing seemed too much to ask. The service and food were speedy and I loved their tiramisu!!
