What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Hong Kong Windsor garners praise for its authentic Cantonese cuisine and friendly, consistent service, with many patrons being regulars. However, some diners have expressed disappointment with recent price increases and perceived small portion sizes. Occasional issues with order accuracy and less than ideal customer service during busy periods have also been noted.
"Fantastic, friendly staff and lovely food. I can call.myself a regular customer and... 90 per cent of guests there are regulars. :O"

"Ordered from Hong Kong and was deeply disappointed. The chicken chow mein had a burned taste, portions were tiny, and to top it off, they confused vegetable croquettes for samosas. Won't be ordering again. When complaining to them, no apologies were given and offered lame excuses. Poor customer service!
Ordered for over £50 and didn’t even have any free prawn crackers."

"The worst Cantonese meal I’ve ever had overseas — hands down. The roast duck had a strong unpleasant smell, and the char siu was no better. The serving speed made it obvious the dishes were pre-made, and the portions were tiny, even though the menu gave no indication of that. The only highlight was that the bowls and plates were served warm."
