Just two days until our first Queer Variety Night at the @the2brewers this Friday 7th November! A night of authentic queer variety: Musical theatre sung like it matters, drag that refuses to behave, stand-up that tells it honestly, live music straight from the chest, and spoken word that hits hard. A queer, messy spectrum of queer performances. And the best bit? Every ticket helps fund future Que...

Reviews Summary

The Two Brewers is lauded for its historic charm, cozy atmosphere, and picturesque floral exterior, offering a genuine taste of British pub culture. While many praise the friendly service and selection of ales, some reviews mention issues with food quality and staff attentiveness during peak hours. It's a popular spot, especially after visiting Windsor Castle, but booking is advised for Sundays.

"Came for a quick drink. Wanted to have food but sadly we didn't have a reservation on a Sunday, our fault. This place really is a victim of it's own success because everyone wants to go there, gets very busy on a Sunday. Located right next to the long walk to Windsor castle. Beautiful old fashioned pub, cosy and welcoming atmosphere. Good selection of drinks at reasonable prices. Not child friendly, which didn't bother us. Service was friendly and welcoming. Worth a visit."

"After a long walk we deserve a pint so best chance to have it from The Two Brewers. Perfect location right at the Windsor Castle back garden gate. Asa i entered, get positive vibes. Great pub with lovely atmosphere. I sat out to enjoy the summer and street view. Worth to visit after castle or if you around."

"What a nice pub!!! Full of history - you can feel it in the air. So much memorabilia on the walls. Everywhere you look you can find something interesting. It has been in the same spot for 100s of years and it shows.

🕯️ In the evening they lit candles through out the pub. It make the whole atmosphere just so much cozier! 🫠

🍻 Beer is great! As always.

⭐️ Highly, highly recommended anybody visiting Windsor to stop by this pub!

🚽 Nice, clean toilets. Fun fact where toilet is now used to be horse stable.

🅿️ There is parallel parking on the street. When we were there, there were always some spots available.

🕚 Keep in mind, they close at 11pm."

With a varied and hearty menu of snacks to choose from and bursting baskets of flowers hanging outside in the traditional style, The Two Brewers makes for a distinctly English drinking experience. https://instagram.com/p/5CWbchhRvK/

Baskets of flowers garland the front of this eighteenth-century local, Two Brewers is set outside the gates of Windsor Great Park. Nab a table inside the lovely, low-beamed space and enjoy English beer and a menu of poshed-up pub food; think fillet steak and chargrilled asparagus wrapped in parma ham. It's the perfect spot for a snug pint.

16 Best Pubs in Windsor and Eton (2023)

With its fantastic floral exterior and collection of beautiful hanging baskets (reminiscent of the Churchill Arms in Kensington), The Two Brewers is located very close to the Long Mile so is a perfect place for a post-stroll pint and definitely one of our favourite Windsor pubs. Cosy inside (there are only a handful of interior tables) with several picnic tables and benches outside, this is a picture postcard pub dating back to the 18th century located in Park Street, one of the most desirable (and affluent) places in Windsor (also on the Windsor Castle perimeter) so you never know who you might be sharing your table with.
