"After going to other Bills restaurants we expected good things. This has a similar theme to the others & it's an enjoyable place to be. We'd wanted to try the unlimited pancakes for a while but unfortunately we left feeling a bit disappointed & kind of short changed. They tasted okay & were presented well but they were just 'okay' The restaurant wasn't very busy as we arrived just after 3pm. Our initial server was quick to greet us, polite, friendly & seated us straight away. However from then on things took an age to move along. A different server took our orders & after the first arrival of the pancakes we sat & waited.... & waited.... & waited for the next serving. Again they seemed quite some time before arriving & this went on for the whole of our service. Staff wondering around chatting to each other, glancing our direction at empty plates, to then carry on chatting. By the end of our visit we felt like the cost of the pancakes was coming out of the staffs pockets & they were doing everything possible to string out the time between orders & save a few ££ (obviously not the case but how it felt)
So we both left with a bit of a disappointed feeling really, which is a shame as we've always enjoyed other Bills🫤"

"We came to try the £5 bottomless pancake deal and wow they were amazing! They had a vegan version of both options (banana biscoff / berries and vanilla cream) and they were extremely thick and filling! More stodgy than fluffy but we didn’t mind that. Great service and incredibly good value."

I ordered the Plant Plate; with THIS Isn’t bacon rashers & THIS Isn’t pork sausage, roasted plum tomatoes, mushrooms, fried potatoes, scrambled OGGS, baked beans, toast and a side of spicy sriracha sauce.
