"Food was great, you can see the pizzas cooking from your seating. The menu doesn’t look like the photos, it seems it has been condensed down and doesn’t contain as many options as the old menu."

The food itself- well charged me $15 for asking for gluten free bread with my spinach/ artichoke dip appetizer. The bread was not a real bread, was pita bread and hard to scoop into the spinach/ artichoke dip.
Will never order food for them again. A real rip off!"

"It appears that under the new ownership the portion sizes have drastically reduced. While still good, this was quite the surprise from visit to visit.

The main reason for the one star review for service is the added service charge. While this type of additional charge is needed in establishments like a steakhouse, white linen restaurant or a tasting menu - I have seen this it at the very least with a party of 10 or more. This restaurant had 20% service charge for our party of 5. One was a child and one adult didn’t eat a thing. What shocks me most is the server didn’t even tell us about this charge. Customary practice is to inform the party at the outset of the meal. If I didn’t review my check carefully I would have glossed over this.

It is no wonder there were so many empty tables on a warm Thursday evening. In the past there would have been at least a 45 minute wait on a night like tonight. Very disappointing."
