One of the best restaurants in Amarillo is Cask & Cork, which is a fairly new entry into Amarillo’s restaurant scene. The restaurant opened in 2017 and is owned and operated by Amarillo locals who have two other thriving Amarillo restaurants. On the main floor of the restaurant is where you’ll find a more fine-dining type of atmosphere.

With friends or family, Cask & Cork is a great place for beverages and food. This bar is a must-see since it has a lovely and roomy patio, a kind and informed staff, and a focus on locally produced, fresh products. On their rooftop patio, you can enjoy their range of wine and craft beer, which makes it a great place for a night out.

One thing I love about Cask & Cork is the patio area they have upstairs. Nothing screams brunch like sitting outside while enjoying a solid eggs benedict. If you're looking for something a bit more off the wall, Cask & Cork has unique menu items like smoked salmon flatbread.

Great food: we had the hummus, Asian lettuce wraps, and a flatbread with goat cheese & honey, etc. Gluten free options available. Downstairs is a more traditional dining room, and upstairs has a more relaxed bar area and an outdoor patio, both with TVs for game-watching.

Let's start with the fact that even on a busy Saturday night, I was impressed by the immediate seating. That's a rare gem in a bustling city like Amarillo, making Cask & Cork a convenient option for wine enthusiasts in a hurry. Now, let's talk about the food.

We like cask and cork for a nicer dinner- especially if the weather is nice to sit on their rooftop patio. Downtown the barfield or crush are great. Crush also has an upstairs patio, and the barfield is in a recently opened hotel with a speakeasy downstairs.
