"The food here was delicious. We ordered the green beans appetizer and we scarfed them, they were so good. Our entrees were equally as good. I ordered the massaman curry and it was really good. It came with cashews instead of peanuts which I was happy with because I don't care for peanuts. My boyfriend got the salmon and he had nothing but good things to say about it. Would recommend this place for sure."

Bamboo Bistro is my favorite of several Thai restaurants in Anacortes. It offers all the classic Thai dishes that you’d expect, plus some house specials that fuse cultures from across southeast Asia. I especially recommend the pineapple duck curry, which is kind of like a Thai rendition of the classic Chinese dish Peking duck.
