Reviews Summary

Crush Wine Bistro & Cellar is lauded for its exceptional wine selection and creative, high-quality cuisine, with dishes like the salmon special and Veggie Wellington receiving high praise. Diners also appreciate the attentive service and the beautifully presented, artistic plating. However, some guests have noted that service can be slow during peak hours, and there are limited vegan options on the menu.

"It's easily the best restaurant I've been to in Alaska. Everything from the service to the food was on point. The Halibut with the miso cream was the perfect dish. The fish had an amazing sear with a tender interior, elevated by this beautiful miso cream sauce. A must try and I will 100% return!"

Christopher Grace

"Amazing service, Zoe was amazing.
Food was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, as were the wine options. Pork chop was phenomenal and my friends said the chicken was juicy and the lamb was the best he’s ever had. Highly recommend."

Joao Pereira

"Delicious food, the roasted duck was cooked perfectly. Large array of drink options ranging from craft cocktails, a multitude of wines and homemade mocktails. The restaurant can get busy later in the evening, so wait times for food can be long. Food was presented well and tasted great. Reasonably priced for the quality of the dishes."

That’s why owners Chris Vane, Chad Culley opened up Crush wine shop in 2008 and the bistro in 2010.
