Justine was an absolute ray of sunshine—kind, attentive, and always going the extra mile to make me feel welcome. Whether I was ordering matcha, hot chocolate, pastries, or avocado toast, she ensured every detail was perfect, from the beautifully crafted drinks to checking in on my comfort.
Her warm and thoughtful service, along with her ability to remember my name, made each visit feel personal and special. She greeted me with a smile and always made sure other guests were well taken care of. The entire team upheld the highest level of service, truly reflecting the first class service— which is expected from an Auberge property.

"We had the best breakfast & coffee at Felix. The space is beautifully designed - elegant yet cozy. We had coffee and a matcha latte with their homemade nut milk and it was amazing! The food selection is great and their ricotta toast is literally a work of art. We were a little hesitant to come at first due to the low google rating, however, it seems most of the bad reviews are due to the 15% gratuity automatically applied. Definitely agree that is annoying and the only downside to this cafe. We will definitely be back next time we’re in town!"

First time in Aspen and we need to kill some time in the morning so we popped in for a Chai and coffee and ended up trying breakfast.
The Avo Toast is superb !!! Probably the most artisan toast I’ve ever had.
