What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Sugar Factory in Atlantic City is a visually stunning destination praised for its over-the-top desserts and unique goblet drinks. While the candy store atmosphere and vibrant setting are major draws, some diners find the food itself to be expensive and inconsistent, with a few dishes receiving criticism for saltiness or dryness. The service is generally attentive, with staff like Erica and Chris highlighted for their excellent care, but occasional slow service and high prices are noted.
"I had such a great experience here. I took my daughter for her birthday with her cousin. The server girl was so sweet! Very attentive and always smiling. The food came out quick and the kids enjoyed it. They came out and sang happy birthday and everyone in our section sang and clapped along too. I really couldn’t have had a better experience! I wish I knew all their names, but it was on Saturday 7/19/25 around 7pm was our reservation. We sat in the back with a bunch of other families and I really would love to thank them all!"

"Everything is really expensive and the food isn't great. Unless you want fancy drinks that steam at $50! The desserts are great. Skip dinner is not worth it. 4 people 4 meals, 2 sodas and two desserts $170 with tip. The grilled cheese was horrible. My kids didn't even finish it and they eat everything. The pasta dishes with chicken was okay minus the stems from the herbs in there. If you want to have a conversation with anyone don't go here. It's so loud. You can't hear yourself think. They play rap music really loud. Our waiter was very nice and attentive. I would not go here again. Such a waste of money"

"First timers. Good vibes all around. Kids loved their fun drinks. Food was decent, big portions. I definitely ate with my eyes. Our sever Cire was very courteous and attentive. I would request him again. He gave his honest opinion and we were not disappointed. My only regret was not getting the 24K burger. What a splendid performance. Hopefully we’ll be back again. Until next time!"
