"Very unique atmosphere and friendly service. Arrived on a Saturday when they first opened and was the second customer. Took a few minutes to get my pastrami Reuben….they were still setting up the “beverage station.” Sandwich had plenty of pastrami, not enough sauerkraut and cheese IMHO
but I love sauerkraut and cheese. Overall, it was a good sandwich but nothing really special. Glad I finally visited….."

"This was my first time here, and to be honest with you, I love the place. It's been there since 1879, and the inside is all original. It is a work in progress but I love the way it looks right now to be honest with you. The people were very courteous. The menu, it's very generous. And there are a ton of options on there for drinks. They serve lemonade t in water for free. I thought that was a very nice touch, but all the sandwiches we tried. There were 6 of us, and we each got something different. And every one of them was incredible. The taste was amazing. And I will absolutely go back here. Anytime I'm in town for a lunch. It was that good"
