We first tried Bird Bird on one of our trips visiting Austin to see if we wanted to move here. I’m not saying it was our deciding factor, but it was a factor. Bird Bird Biscuit is a biscuit sandwich restaurant with two locations. It really should be named biscuit, bird, biscuit as that is what is served. I guess the current name sounds a little better.
