"Fantastic food and service, great happy hour and friendly bartenders! Will definitely come back!"

"This place is great. I used to frequent the basement bar during college. Recently went back and ate/drank at the bar upstairs. Mars the bartender is a gem and the brews were as good as they were 15yrs ago.
This place is worth a stop if visiting Baltimore. The food is good, the fires are a must. If I lived in Baltimore again, I would frequent this spot.
So good to be back!"

"The Brewer’s Art has a really unique atmosphere—almost like a speakeasy tucked inside a historic home. There are several distinct spaces: a front bar area, a cozy lounge-like sitting space with a fireplace, the main restaurant, and a bar downstairs. Whether you’re grabbing drinks or sitting down for a meal, there’s a spot for every mood. Add photos of some of the different spots.
I just stopped in to try a beer and went with the Resurrection, one of their main brews. At $8, it was a solid price and delivered on flavor and quality. I’d definitely come back to explore more of the menu or try the food next time.
The staff was friendly, and I really enjoyed the cozy ambiance, especially lounging on a couch near the fireplace. Even though it wasn’t lit, it still added warmth to the vibe.
I’ve added photos of their main beers, but they offer a much broader drink selection. If you’re in the area, The Brewer’s Art is definitely worth a visit—for the atmosphere, the beer, and the overall experience."

Best Bars in Baltimore: New Places to Drink and All-Time Favorite Bars
Way before craft beer was cool, a cavernous brewhouse was being built on North Charles Street with the radical idea that white tablecloth fine dining could co-exist with incredibly strong Belgian beers. More than two decades later, the dichotomous Brewer’s Art is still kickin’—with some of the most refined food and beautiful architecture to enjoy upstairs and a nearly pitch-black gritty basement bar down below. Now, the bar has added outside seating so there’s even a third way to enjoy its rosemary garlic fries (hint: bring a mint) or steak frites.
