The pizza that was brought out looked amazing. Except it had onions on it.
The replacement looked horrible there was a lot of pizza sauce showing (very red edge) and hardly any toppings compared to the first one. Will never set foot into this establishment. Again no discount for the mistake we had to watch my kids eat while waiting for our pizza....a complete failure"

"Please watch your receipt when you tip. At the bottom of receipt- where it gives suggested tips- this place has 20, 25, and 30 percent as options. Other restaurants - like Longhorn and even Talbott Tavern in Bardstown has 18, 20, and 22. That is the common amounts. So, if you are used to hitting that center spot for 20 percent, just know you will be tipping 25 percent at Hometown Pizza. What's more, they even offer the opportunity to tip additionally at the bottom of the receipt! Our table was dirty, our order was wrong and had to be redone, our waitress forgot to check on it and had to be reminded (after my lunch partner was done eating), our waitress forgot to bring plates and silverware, and she was completely unapologetic. All that, and we INADVERTENTLY tipped her 25 percent. We appreciate good service and almost never tip less than 20 percent - even if service isn't great, but we reserve higher tips for the best service which we did not receive. Just seems they are trying to slide one over on their customers, and we fell for it. Won't ever return to another Hometown Pizza."
