"Great great experience! Showed up with a group of 30 and Savanna was an incredible server. The food is incredible and great atmosphere, they put the nuggets game on for us. Shrimp poboy is delicious"

"The service provided was horrible. Once seated, we sat about 10 minutes before she took our drink order. Then, I had to flag her down to let her know we were ready to order entrees. She never came back to check on us throughout anything. The restaurant wasn't busy she had another table that left while we were there, so I only saw her serving one other table. The only thing I can say was good were the boudin balls. Also ordered the spinach dip wouldn't recommend, it comes with potato chips not tortilla chips, & the appearance of that was not appealing. The other food wasn't worth the time or the drive there. I ordered two appetizers as an entree, she bout 1 out way before the other I sent it back because it looked thrown together but a manager comes out to tell me they should look like that, I still requested fresh fries & a remake. Upon getting the remake, I was still disappointed bc they tasted old. I bite in the fries & was hard & I could see where the cheese looked as if it was put back in the oven. The wings weren't any better. I'm not sure if they were baked or fried, but I could look at them & see they had been re-cooked. At this point, I was just ready for the ticket because nothing about this experience was pleasing. Would I recommend NO, NO, NO."

"Talk about bad service and very overpriced food. Waited for over an hour for 7 sandwiches. One refill on drinks the whole time. Then, get an additional tip gratuity for really bad service. Well, that just topped off the end of it. Never again! Bathrooms are disgusting. I don't like doing this kind of review, but people work way too hard for their money, and this was a total waste."
