"Cons: For the quality of food and portion size to cost ($17 for one meal), I was very disappointed. I ordered the #7 combo and it was frozen vegetables reheated with white rice, and what tasted like a microwaved spring roll. Nothing about it was fresh. I ended up not finishing it because it just wasn't that edible. They also have 25% as the first option for tipping, followed by 20%, then 18%. So when doing takeout especially, it's a tad ridiculous. Had to take the time to find "other" on the list.
Pros: The restaurant itself is nice looking, and the customer service seemed fine. We didn't talk much but she was fast and polite, so good enough for me.

"Step it up Cindy’s, your food is aweful. The sesame chicken looked 3 days old, dry, tasteless and it looked so bad I didn’t want to eat it. Egg roll tasted like frozen fish. My husband got combination lo mein and the pork was so tough you couldn’t chew it. When you walk in at the bar location it was filled with cleaning supplies and mop buckets. Beware, I don’t recommend Cindy’s. We will not be back."
