Reviews Summary
Diego's Spirited Kitchen is praised for its exceptional service, unique fusion dishes like pork carnitas ravioli, and flavorful Mexican staples. While many commend the friendly staff and intimate atmosphere, some diners note concerns about high prices and inconsistent portion sizes, particularly for appetizers.
"The food was good and the service was exceptional. We were a large party of 12 but still seated quickly even without a reservation. I was impressed by the service as we had multiple staff come by on a regular basis to refill drinks, chips, salsa and any other request we had. I would highly recommend having a meal here."

"Found this place by luck. We were cruising around Redmond and found it and we're glad we did. I ordered the Ceviche appetizer and it was to die for. Great flavors and nice portion definitely could feed up to 4 people the only downfall was to many cilantro stems. My wife ordered the chicken and beef fajitas. This dish could feed 2 people. Meat was seasoned well and vegetables were very fresh. We ordered a lemonade and Dr pepper which were also great. They use square chunks of ice that tastes a little like chlorine so beware. Overall this was a great experience and we will definitely be back. I highly recommend giving this place a try and you won't be disappointed. They keep the lights low and the industrial style ceiling fans were pretty awesome"

"Loved this place. The food and service were superb. It’s a little cramped which is why I only gave it a 4 on atmosphere but a must eat location in Redmond."
