"Stalla is always a highlight when at the Beau. Makes sure you request Jeanna to be your server. After the first time I visited(I've now been 4 times), Jeanna remembered me and even described the friend I was with...3 months later. This level of service and attention to detail is what you can expect with her. The food is delicious, atmosphere is awesome. The hosts can usually accommodate you even without a reservation fairly quickly. Do yourself a favor and go!"

"Stalla at Beau Rivage in Biloxi, MS was an experience. The atmosphere is magnificent and the staff is outstanding. The only downsides to this establishment are its location in the casino (can be difficult to locate) and the water. We were offered tap water or bottled water. The bottled water was just tap water poured into a glass bottle and chilled. It has the same sulfur taste as the rest of the water on much of the gulf coast. I had the meatballs and sausage appetizer as my entree. The portion was large and the red sauce had great flavor. The table bread was very good and I was very impressed with the roasted pepper puree to dip the bread. The seafood manicotti was very rich and a large portion as well. Overall, a nice surprise in a coastal casino."

Eric the manager was warm and very nice to talk to. Our server Madeline P. did an amazing job helping us celebrate a family birthday. She really was a delight and helped make our evening enjoyable. We will ask for her every time!!
The food and wine were outstanding, from appetizers, lasagna, pizza, fettuccine and. spicy chicken.

Imma skip some of the details, but let’s just say, we were able to visit Stalla, thanks to the Director of F & B, and the experience was one of the best we have had in a long time. We will certainly be coming back for another stay soon. All of the staff there, from the Front of the House to the Chef and his team, we were impressed.
