I’d never heard of it, but a good friend wanted to meet there for a healthy lunch during a recent weekend trip. I certainly wasn’t expecting such outstanding Vietnamese food in such a small town.

What’s even more incredible is that POCO is not the only place in Bisbee you can get awesome vegan grub… There’s also a vietnamese restaurant, Thuy’s Noodle Shop, that makes a killer vegan pho.
