Some guests, however, felt the fixed-price menu was average for the cost and found the service rushed, suggesting that weekday visits might offer a more varied experience.
"Had a wonderful experience at Table!! Addison was an incredible and attentive waiter and was very mindful of our dietary restrictions (gluten and vegetarian). All 3 courses were TO DIE FOR!!! Loved the ambiance and am just speechless thinking about how amazing of a night we have had here! Thank you to the incredible staff and the amazing atmosphere- so so so happy!!!"

"Being from out of town I was so excited for our Sunday Supper reservations and overall it was a great experience and worth the cost for how much food you get. However, I wasn’t wowed with the Italian food: the chicken was eh, meatball was huge, and by the time we got to the gnocchi I was stuffed and done with tomatoes. The focaccia was amazing tho and I could have ate more of that. Mostly the dishes felt slathered in tomato sauce to the point my tongue hurt from the acidity. I personally really wanted a memorable pasta dish or even a cream based sauce to balance all the red. But this was heavier on the meats and tomatoes. I’m sure the menu changes often, and this particular one just didn’t knock my socks off. I’m a sucker for pasta and really wanted to leave fat and happy. I did eat the cannoli and that made me smile.
On reflection, I think for how much I spent on the chef's menu I could have gone to the best Italian restaurant in town and got an appetizer, entree plus dessert and been wowed. And maybe I'd recommend going during the week where they may have more options and do that over the chef's menu.
I still rated it high because the ambiance and staff were great. Presentation was good. Food was steps below amazing for me. But I'm admitting I don't love all tomato based sauces so that's probably what did it for me."

"Amazing place. Love the idea of big family style dinner parties. The food is TO DIE FOR. One of the absolute best meals I’ve had. Amazing delicious huge hearty Italian food.
The menu is set which is perfect you don’t have to think. The drinks are delicious around 16 dlls each - they have a great array of scotches and whiskey."

Table invites you to rest your elbows on the table, relax, and pass plates of penne Bolognese to your dining neighbor—who, thanks to the communal seating at only two tables, might wind up your best friend by the end of the night. At timed nightly seatings, chef-owner Jen Royle takes the guesswork out of ordering and simply sends out a set seven-course dinner on shareable platters, including heaps of seared octopus with beans and roasted cherry tomatoes, as well as homemade rigatoni with fall-apart braised short rib and red wine-tomato reduction. This being an Italian North End restaurant, there’s afternoon Sunday suppers, too, to help beat back the Sunday scaries with house-made cannolis that overflow with sweet ricotta.
