It’s the end of an era. 😭 Last Sunday was the final regular brunch at the Keeter Center in Branson, Missouri. This weekly tradition has been a favorite for locals, tourists, and generations of College of the Ozarks students. They’ll still offer brunch on special occasions, but the weekly Sunday spread we’ve all come to love is officially over. I had the very last reservation. And I brought my app...

Reviews Summary

The Keeter Center offers a unique farm-to-table dining experience with impressive student service and delicious American cuisine. Guests consistently praise the food quality, the attentive and respectful student staff, and the beautiful lodge-like atmosphere. While some mention a slower pace, the overall sentiment is highly positive, highlighting it as a must-visit for its educational aspect and culinary excellence.

"What a wonderful place to go! Everything is perfection. The students here work their way through and earn the tuition. We ate in the dining room where the food was delicious and the service was excellent. It was a party of eight and almost everyone got a different dish so we could taste the different cuisines. The campus was well maintained and beautiful. Everything seemed to be just pure perfection."

Trish Gray

"What a wonderful experience right on the campus of College of the Ozarks. Staffed by students of the college, we had the opportunity to learn a little about college life on campus and even better enjoy some amazing food. Seth, our waiter was engaging and met our every need. I would highly recommend this place anytime you are near the area. We will definitely be back!"

Scotty Gage

"Delicious food, great atmosphere, attentive server, and beautiful campus/restaurant. There were a few hiccups in service (which is why the soups were after the entrees in my camera roll) but I assume most patrons are more accepting of the mistakes knowing that people who work in the restaurant are students. Have I mentioned that the food was delicious?"

The Keeter Center at the College of the Ozarks is literally the best restaurant in Branson!. This phenomenal restaurant, situated in a beautiful lodge-style building on the College of the Ozarks campus, serves delicious gourmet level food and is run entirely by students of the college. This college is unlike any other in the US (to my knowledge) in that it is free to attend and all of the students are instead required to work for their tuition on the campus--the college is even nicknamed “Hard Work U”.
