A long-time Breckenridge family with many branches, the Enyearts were ranchers, dairy farmers, miners, electricians, store owners, council members, a post mistress, and a County Commissioner. The history of the building is not well known, though it has a long association with the Enyeart family.

There are several restaurants in Breckenridge that offer a variety of options on their menu: from the Pork Osso Bucco at Ember downtown to the D.B. Burger at Breckenridge Distillery, there are definitely many options that will cater to every palate.

It’s the 1st really nice restaurant I found in Breckenridge that “wowed” me with so many gluten-free options. Such a memorable experience, and the “euphoria hour” does not disappoint. We ordered a bunch of apps and feasted away- We will be regulars!

I’m going to come right out and say it: Ember is my absolute favorite restaurant in Breckenridge. There you go, I’m namin’ it and claimin’ it!. I’m not alone in this belief, though, 92% of Trip Advisor travelers agree apparently.
