Mountain Flying Fish is not your typical ski resort restaurant. This fine-dining Japanese establishment makes some of the best Japanese food in Breckenridge.

I had a server named Jessica who gave us an amazing experience. We had a gluten allergy, Jessica AND the kitchen were very accommodating.

And I've heard good stuff about Ember and Mountain Flying Fish but never been myself. Oh, and Empire Burger has pretty decent burgers.
