Any time I see an opportunity to enjoy elevated Mexican food, I take it. This cuisine is one that many aren’t used to seeing “dignified” by fine dining status, and that’s such a shame because the ingredients and flavors have so much potential. Las Puertas, which opened in 2017, does just that by touring Mexico’s regions through the lens of food.
