What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Diners rave about the authentic flavors and generous portions of Nepalese and Himalayan cuisine, particularly praising the momos and Sherpa stew. The value for money is frequently highlighted. However, some reviews mention issues with slow or inattentive service, and one diner found the restaurant unhygienic and the food bland.
"Delicious food at a very affordable price! We first had a couple of lunch specials. It included one drink, one appetizer, and one main course item. Various options were available for the drinks, the appetizers, and the main course items. The owner was very humble and we enjoyed a nice conversation with him. The restaurant also had a nice ambience. We liked the food so much that we again went back on the same day to order takeout for dinner. This time we ordered chicken chowmein and chicken sherpa stew. Both were delicious!"

"Had a wonderful quiet dinner on a very, very busy graduation weekend. Made a reservation and was in and out in about an hour. The momo were exceptional and service wasn’t rushed. The prices were very reasonable. Four people with plenty of of food 75.00 excluding tip. Unheard of in Burlington. Thanks for a nice dinner celebrating my daughter’s Honors Graduation."

"We had an absolutely delicious dinner here. They have many vegan options. The two we had were great (try the eggplant dish - it’s out of this world). Such interesting and scrumptious seasonings - we’re not that familiar with Nepalese food, and this was a great introduction. The waitperson was friendly and very helpful in identifying which menu items were free of animal products. The setting is casual and comfortable; and as I said, the food was so very good. This restaurant is well worth a visit; whether you’re a vegan or an omnivore, you will get a great meal! Highly recommended."
