"Stopped in for a drink at the bar and had a horrible experience. The Bloody Mary I ordered using the menu name was not what was provided. The next mule had a long hair on the glass by the rim. I mentioned it and the barkeep seemed put out to make a new one. Who serves an olive with no pimento? In a $9 drink?!
We tried to ask what was good to do in town and she said there are some restaurants and mentioned the mall- there isn't anything open in the mall! She had no customer service skills and lakes engaged conversational skills. O asked about the upcoming regatta and she had nothing to say. From my side I was off put by her attitude after the first drink was presented and she definitely put the salt in The name!!
My husband was so off-put by her attitude he didn't want to eat at the bar and we decided to spend our money elsewhere!!
I told her I was only leaving 10% because of her poor service, but I was leaving something.
She did tell us "I have good customer service skills" and, as we all know - if you have to tell someone you do, you don't!"
