"While travelling through Chattanooga, we had dinner at Old Gilman Grill. We were seated right away outside, and the waiter was attentive and helpful. We had the Gilman Salad with Steak, Buttermilk Rolls, and the Chocolate Mousse Cake with vanilla ice cream for dessert.
The Gilman Salad was good. The steak was cooked perfectly, but could have been more tender.
The Buttermilk Rolls had a good flavor, but we more dense than regular dinner rolls.
