We were immediately, kindly greeted and sat in the bar area.
Josh, our waiter, is exceptional; very courteous, professional and informative about the menu and restaurant.
Ordering off the happy hour menu, I order the "C-Star" Caesar Salad, I certainly appreciate the creativity with the bacon cut up to resemble croutons, the anchovies were a nice touch. The Steak Fritz which was a decent cut of steak cooked as ordered, was full of flavor, served with a mountain of fries. (I ordered for the Bordelaise on the side.)
Now the fries themselves are so amazing I'm drooling as I write this. They are "housemade" -The most amazing made from scratch in house fries, you will ever eat! They are fried to perfection -a crispy golden brown- and seasoned well. The best fries I've ever had!!!
My partner order the GOCHUJANG MARINATED BEEF SKEWERS and they were so tender, the taste was outstanding, and the kimchi aioli is like a burst of several flavors. (I'll be ordering the skewers on our next trip).
I could not be more impressed with the food or the service from all employees.
My partner felt equally amused and expressed this on a napkin, in English and Arabic.
Highly recommend! We are certainly looking forward to returning and enjoying our meal on the patio which opens soon! I can't wait.
