"OMG DELICIOUS!!! Was in Linn, MO for an event at the Technical College and wanted a place to grab lunch on our way home to KC MO. Googled popped up Duke’s on the top of the list. After checking the pictures out, we decided to go and OMG was it the BEST decision of the day, hell of the week!!! Nice outside eating area and it was a beautiful day but we ate indoors anyways. Nice simple yet comfy and cool vibe with a mix of booths and tables. We grabbed our seat first and studied the menu as first timers but regulars knew to order at the counter first then sit. A line was forming so I went and ordered one Hangover smash burger with fries and one Asian Chicken sandwich with fries. The portions were so good that I ate off both my daughter and mothers meal getting to taste both beautifully crafted dishes that were presented to us. The egg on the smash burger was cooked perfectly that at first bite the yoke coated the juicy burger with the perfect richness added with the smoky bacon, I couldn’t help but take a second bite immediately!! I didn’t think it could get any better but then I tasted the Asian chicken sandwich and mind blown!!! The batter was light and crispy, the chicken was juicy, and the yum yum sauce just oozed all over the Asian slaw making the whole sandwich a rich finger licking good moment but the soft Hawaiian bun took it to the next level!! I immediately wanted to order seconds to take back home to Kansas City for dinner! I am going to find some way to convince the owners to open a location near me! I haven’t had a meal that good in a long time. So worth the stop!! Last photo is a pile of napkins because you know it’s a good meal when you leave a plate full of used napkins and nothing else!!"

"A long time ago, I went to Dukes for happy hour, which was pretty good from my recollection. Recently, we went back for lunch, and I was told their burgers were really good. We got Truffle Fries for the table. They we chocked full of parmesan, garlic, and herbs and came with a fabulous garlic filling everyone liked. Several burgers were bought - Hangover, The Jam, John Popper and Reg. Mine was the popper and it was amazing! The popper stuffing and then jalenpeno to give it a quick was a burst of flavor and so yummy. The jalenpeno grits were on time and I added some of the parmesan, garlic and herbs from the truffle fries which really set it off. Everyone loved their burgers."

Money well spent! The food was delicious. Everything was seasoned quite well down to the bread! They FILLED the NOLA Pasta (o.o) plate up to the fullest! Everything was still warm! The chicken was moist and The pasta was cooked perfectly. Excellent sauce! The side fries were soooo crispy!. I will definitely have to order this again!. I highly recommend everyone try it out!
