What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Diners rave about Flyover's creative Midwestern small plates, unique craft cocktails, and attentive service, with many highlighting dishes like the boom boom shrimp and chicken fried cauliflower. While most reviews are overwhelmingly positive, some mention occasional service delays or inconsistencies in dish quality. Overall, it's celebrated as a must-visit spot for a memorable dining experience.
"Flyover was an incredible stop for dinner! Everything was delicious and the service was top notch! The restaurant has a cool vibe with the kitchen in the main dining area, I must say sitting at the bar here is the way to go.
For food, I recommend the Midwestern “Carnitas”. For you gluten free eaters, give the Lookin’ Marvelous Mr. Maui and try (make sure to ask for it gluten free). Both of these dishes were incredible.
Expect somewhere around 18-25 per plate, but totally worth it!"
John Mark & Monica Spier
"I highly recommend the pretzel. It's an $18 pretzel worth trying. I am told the menu changes, so I will definitely be a returning customer to sample what else the chef has to offer. The idea is to order multiple items from the menu and share. Price average is around $20 a dish."
Audrey Griffith
"Service was extremely pleasant, prompt, and professional. We ordered the Orecchiette con Salsiccia e Arancia, Char Siu Pork, and Blueberry Thyme cake. The food was phenomenal. We will be back."
