Reviews Summary
Tellers Gallery & Bar is celebrated for its high-quality gastropub fare, generous portions, and delicious cocktails, making it a go-to spot in Columbia. While many praise the attentive service and vibrant atmosphere, some diners have reported long wait times and occasional service issues, though the food quality often makes the wait worthwhile.
"The sauces!! Yum!! Especially the red pepper one that comes with the crostini app, OMG, so good! Tara got me a side to go with what I didn't finish, and I enjoyed it just as much the second time around! I swear I'll try the sweet potato chips but this time I had crispy tots with my burger. I drank a Michelada, a bloody beer, which was very good because I don't like clam juice and they don't use any!! Servers are all friendly and attentive, and they get pretty busy, but I always find a seat at the bar!!"

"And they're back! After a very long closure due to a fire in the building last year this Columbia staple is finally open again.
The decor is very similar to the old Teller's we all love however it's been upgraded during the remodel to give it a fresh new look. And is much brighter!
The food was just as good as before. If you've missed this iconic food stop or you're looking for a trendy place to grab a delicious drink and meet with friends, this is your Columbia go to.
So happy to have it back on the CoMo food scene."

"Tellers is located downtown Columbia and is known for their fresh entrees as well as their awesome cocktails and mocktails. We would go to Tellers for happy hour all the time back when we were attending college! The salads are vibrant, fresh, and packed with flavors. The appetizers are ALL amazing as well. There are a few tables outside, if you are lucky enough to snag one on a beautiful day. Tellers is a wonderful spot to enjoy a beverage in downtown COMO!"

Twenty-one years ago, when co-owners Deb Rust and Robin Weatherford opened up their casual, vibrant eatery, bar and gallery, they needed a name for their business. Deb, who speaks fluent German, suggested teller, the German word for “plate.” And since then, the funky, friendly spot has lived up to its name.
