"Bethany was totally on point. Everything was timed perfectly. No rush. Everything was fantastic. It’s 2025 and prices were in line with service and atmosphere. The exception was the lobster tail. A bit pricey even in today’s market. On the other hand the cocktails had generous portions and were quite reasonable. The escargot was really tasty. Not smothered in so much garlic you couldn’t taste the dish. Prime rib done to perfection. Scallops again done right."

"The food was amazing! We ordered mussels for apps. The sauce in it was smooth, creamy, and well paired with the mussels. For our entree, we had a 20 oz ribeye and the rack of lamb. Chef's kiss 🤌🏼🤌🏼 Cooked to perfection (both med rare). Very tender and flavorful. They also offered a free choice of dessert for my partner's birthday. Five star for food! The only reason why I gave a four star for the service was because our server didn't pack all of our leftovers for us. She was great! But she forgot to give us our leftover mussels. We just assumed it was in our bag with our other leftovers. When you spend that much money, you expect top notch service. My reasoning for the four star atmosphere was because the booth tables are really tiny. We were sat down near the bar. It was loud, but it didn't bother us. If the tables were bigger, our server wouldn't have to remove our apps to make room for our entrees, and maybe she wouldn't have forgotten our food when we left lol. That's it! Other than that, the experience was great! We loved every other bit of it! Would definitely go again, and I'd already recommended it to my siblings for date nights."

"Spoke with Gregory at the front who was extremely rude to me about the fact my gift card was a couple days expired asked him if he could do anything for me and he was just a complete jerk and condescending to me “no exceptions we explained it when you purchased the gift card” when honestly I had no idea came here to take my wife out to dinner and just realized that it was expired. It was for $20 not like it will make or break you but the fact you want to get rude with me is beyond horrible customer service especially since I purchased $300 worth of gift cards and had been out of the country for family matters but it is petty you want to act like that when I spend $100s here..I won’t be back I’d rather go to Hyde park or Jeff rubys where they know how to treat loyal customers. I won’t bother coming here anymore and make sure to tell bexley people about the horrible customer service I experienced with Greg one of the managers. I feel disappointed and disrespected that’s not how you treat regulars at a “high class” steakhouse what a bunch of cheap skates lol someone needs to teach Gregory how to have some manors. The explanation I got from Greg is our owners are cheap they’re out of town right now so can’t even do anything for you and they told us absolutely no exceptions!!!
