"I must’ve passed this unassuming spot a dozen times during my four-day stay in Bartlett and little did I know I was missing out on something truly special. On my final night, I finally gave in to curiosity, and I’m so glad I did.
From the first bite, the food was exceptional. I started with the Dan Dan noodles, which honestly could’ve been a main course. The broth was deeply rich and perfectly spiced, layered with umami and heat, and loaded with veggies and noodles. It was hearty, comforting, and absolutely crave-worthy. I’d return just for that dish alone. 10/10.
Despite already being full, I couldn’t resist the seafood bouillabaisse. The herby, aromatic broth was a beautiful contrast to the bold Dan Dan noodles, and it came overflowing with plump shrimp, lobster, scallops, and mussels, all generous portions that felt luxurious without being over the top.
The service? Impeccable. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm.
If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and make this a must-stop. And if you’re not nearby, go out of your way. This place is absolutely worth it. Cheers!"
