"My husband and I visited this quaint place on our way home from White Cap Beach in Corpus Christi. Our waitress was fantastic, she was patient, knowledgeable, courteous and very attentive. The steak my husband had was prepared perfectly. I had the fried fish combo and everything on the plate was delicious. The oysters are breaded with a light corn meal. The fish was fresh and deliciously seasoned. The shrimp were a good size and also deliciously breaded. I do recommend Black Beards."

"We showed up around closing time and still got great service and great food! I got the shrimp po boy while my husband got the patty melt with an extra patty. The food was delicious and came out fast. Very happy with our experience and will be eating here again! Took our family the next day and it was a different vibe in the day. I suggest going in the evening time! My mom got a burger and they burned a skull and cross bones on top which I thought was super cool."

I now send friends traveling to Corpus to the Yardarm for a 'fancy touch', to Blackbeards for the great fried stuff & La Playa for amazing Mexican style fish/sauce dishes. I've never really been disappointed at Water Street, so am pleased to recommend it.
