"Tourist trap. Completely overpriced for the quality of food. I paid $16 for a salad that came with cheap lettuce and barely any toppings—it was honestly embarrassing to eat. The mashed potatoes I ordered as a side with my steak were watery, lacked texture, and tasted like they were thinned out with water instead of being made with butter or cream. They were so bad I had to send them back.
The trout was extremely fishy and lacked flavor—it was drowned in lemon, which didn’t help. Portions overall were ridiculously small. While the service was decent and I was seated quickly, that’s the only positive thing I can say.
I strongly recommend skipping this place and driving to Rapid City instead for a proper meal."
