"There is no paper towel to dry your hands in the bathroom, there is no ketchup in the machine and there are no napkins either, there is nothing available for one to serve oneself. The owner of this franchise should come down from his clouds and train his employees better to check at certain times the items that are in short supply and replenish them immediately. For this comment there is no forgiveness or apology for the inconvenience. There are many negative reviews about this establishment and it is due to the poor management of its employees."

"Dirty, and bad service. Try to avoid it. The burgers were middle cooked despite that ask specifically for a well done term. The attitude from the counter girl is quite awful. You can see that it does not make any effort to have a good eating experience. Barely speaks, and only for telling your order number. The pickles from the burgers weren't fresh. Avoid the "Frisco Sauce" it's a thousand islands salad dressing, totally disappointing. You can eat better at. Wendy's or McDonald's nearby."

"Horrible service! Good luck waiting to place an order or be served. Slowest fast food location I have ever been to in my entire life. This is not a fast food location, this is a slow food location. During my last two visits and my last visit to this location, I actually drove away because service was too slow to even place an order. No wonder there are never any customers and the line is always short especially for such a busy area. It’s because they have developed a reputation of being horrible."
