What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Cut 432 is highly praised for its exceptional quality steaks and stone crabs, with many reviewers noting the food is cooked to perfection. The service is consistently described as professional, personable, and impeccable, enhancing the overall dining experience. While prices are on the higher side, guests feel the quality of food and service justifies the cost for a special occasion.
"Entrees were very good, night quality cuts of beef and the stone crabs were some of the best I’ve ever had. Service was good, not quite great, but the restaurant was obviously above their comfortable capacity, so that is to be expected. Prices are high, but that’s typical for their location, and since the food quality was top notch, I don’t hold that against them."

"My family and I had an exceptional dining experience at Cut 432! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. Rob, the front door manager, greeted us warmly and made sure we were seated right on time for our reservation. Tomi, the hostess, was incredibly friendly and set the tone for the evening with her welcoming smile.
Our server, Alex, did a fantastic job, particularly in explaining the specials with great detail and enthusiasm. It’s clear that he knows the menu inside and out, which made our decision-making so much easier. Throughout the meal, Alex ensured we had everything we needed and provided excellent service.
A special shout-out to Bruce, the manager, who checked in on us to make sure everything was to our liking. It’s always refreshing when a manager takes the time to follow up and ensure the guests are enjoying their experience.
Overall, everything was professionally done, and the meal was fantastic. I highly recommend Cut 432 for an outstanding dining experience!"

Despite its vibrant bar and restaurant scene, nature still rules in Delray Beach, Fla.
Other stalwarts along Atlantic Avenue include Vic & Angelo’s, also Italian but with a menu that’s slightly more fish-centric (it’s known for its classically prepared branzino); Taverna Opa, a Greek restaurant that offers a terrific happy hour as well as heavenly mezze plates; and Cut 432, a steak house that’s well regarded. The Office, whose décor includes artifacts from 1950s workplaces, attracts the nightly parade crowd despite its high prices for such menu items as its gourmet, $16-and-up (and five-inch-tall) burgers, the best in town. Strategically located at the busiest intersection in the downtown dining district, its patio is ideal for people-watching.

There are plenty of spots on the Avenue that offer happy hour deals worth savoring, but no one puts the “happy” in happy hour quite like Cut 432, Delray Beach’s only steakhouse. Dinner can be pricey for selections from the raw bar and high-end cuts of meat, but a daily happy hour offers a sampling of the chef’s work for a fraction of the price. Seven days a week, from 5 to 7 p.m., choose from a dozen appetizer-sized dishes priced at $5 apiece; there’s everything from truffled mac-and-cheese and the chef’s own fish dip to ceviche, oysters Rockefeller, or a tower of giant onion rings.
