"What an incredible dining experience!
You walk through a garden area to enter the restaurant, getting a glimpse of their private outdoor dining tents on the way in. We were warmly welcomed and seated at a cozy booth by the window.
Our non-alcoholic beverage pairing was a perfect complement to the intricately plated masterpieces of courses. Everything was beautiful and thoughtfully crafted, and we enjoyed hearing about each ingredient and what inspired the dish. The pacing was excellent as we had a perfect amount of time to enjoy each dish. Just as we were excited to try the next course, it was being brought to the table.
After such an orchestra of colors, textures, and flavors, I will admit that the dessert courses felt a bit underwhelming. Where and how the ingredients for them were sourced was quite involved and fascinating, which I greatly appreciate; in reality, though, this resulted in a few pieces of chocolate (admittedly I am not a huge chocolate person).
Overall, the service, ambiance, incredible food, and dedication to both Colorado ingredients and sustainability truly make this restaurant and the dining experience it offers stand out. I’d love to return and try the private outdoor tent dining as well!"

"A beautiful experience with a lovely staff and delicious dishes. Quite expensive but I would say that the experience is worth it. We did the chef’s tasting and every single dish was curated perfectly in both taste and presentation. Would definitely recommend going with the tasting menu if you can.
Now for my standard comments. Location is very clean and well kept. Indoor seating is comfortable. Looked like there was a very lovely outdoor seating area as well."

"I can’t even describe in words how excellent our meal was. Do not do this meal without the cocktail pairing. It was to die for. The flavors in the cocktails lit the plate on fire! The staff was super personable and told stories about the plates and the ingredients used. It was a whole experience and I would 1000% go back anytime I go to Denver!"

I’d considered getting one of Whitaker’s famous donabes, but since it was just me and Travis we opted for something the incredibly affordable tasting menu ($55!) called “Entrust,” which highlighted all the must-try dishes. There were delicate pickles, tuna crudo with slivers of juicy plum, wedges of fluffy piada bread over an addictive eggplant and sesame spread, vegetable yakitori, the prettiest salad with tiny tomatoes and chicories, thick house-made rigatoni coated in an herby tomato sauce, tender pork loin over tuna aioli I wanted to scrape off the plate with more piada, and a very good panna cotta with bruleed banana.
