Reviews Summary
Lotsa Pasta & That'za Pizza receives mixed reviews, with many praising the delicious wood-fired pizzas and generous home-cooked meal portions. The seafood stuffed mushrooms are a standout appetizer, and the value is often highlighted. However, some diners have experienced issues with inconsistent food quality, such as overcooked pasta or poorly prepared dishes, and finding the restaurant can be a challenge.
"Difficult to find the restaurant in the building but the food was well worth it. The restaurant is on the back side of the building on the southern end. I found a sign saying Lotsa Pasta entrance on the northern end of the buildings backslide and ended up wandering through the building for a while. There are signs throughout the building, but it would be nice if they included arrows pointing the direction you should go. Regardless of the scavenger hunt, the chicken parmesan sandwich was fantastic. The chicken was breaded, seasoned, and cooked perfect. The marinara was really good. I also ordered chicken fettuccine Alfredo. The sauce had a bit of a smokey flavor to it. I ordered cinnamon breadsticks, as well. The cream cheese icing is delicious. Glad I found the place."

"Waitress was really nice. Lots of locals dining in so I probably just chose a bad dish. Had the chicken Marsala and it was terrible, hard chicken and plastic cheese, pasta was over cooked too. Son had butter noodles and it was swimming in so much butter it should have been called soup. Still was a cute place and there were a lot of people here, so I probably just ordered wrong. Really good bread tho!! (They bring it out in the beginning)"

"I recently had the opportunity to experience this restaurant with a large group of people (there were 15 of us) and they treated us so well, I was very happy with the overall dinner. The pizza was amazing and the atmosphere was light hearted. The wait staff really made the experience top notch and I can't thank them enough for their hospitality. Sadly I am not a local but I know for sure if I am ever in the Cortez area again I will return to this restaurant!"
