"Such a fun, lively spot in Durham. We enjoyed our first visit there for brunch. We ordered avocado toast which came topped with scrambled eggs and a black bean burger with fries. The toast was hard - I needed dining companion’s steak knife to cut it. That was a bit of a negative but it still tasted so good! It’s Wimbledon time so I ordered a Pim’s cocktail (5/5!!). Service from multiple staff members was great - all very friendly and eager to help. The restaurant has a parking lot so that’s extra nice!"

"Ordered a quinoa salad and paid $8 to add salmon and just got 3 small pieces of salmon. Talked to the manager about it and rudly said it has been like that always and if I wanted more I had to pay. Bad attitude of the manager.
Got there, tables were empty and hostess said we would be put on a 10min waitlist.
Asked to be put in a specific table, and said the table was in a non active area, and was 2 tables beside we ended up seating in.
Ordered the burger medium well and it was extremely well done.
Left like 4 empty cups on the table all the time, not attentive servers.

"First time visitors from out of town. Local 22 came recommended to us. We we greeted by a very friendly staff. Service was point on. We started with the pimento cheese appetizer. It arrived in a mini cast iron pan, it was hot, melted perfectly and outstandingly delicious. It came with wonderful flatbread dusted with cornmeal. My friend ordered the Quinoa salad with chicken as added protein. Chicken was delicious but the description misled to believe there would be more quinoa than there actually was. It was primarily mixed greens. I ordered the farm special which was beef short rib with mashed potato and asparagus. It was tasty. A very large portion to say the least. Very happy with our choice to have dinner there."
