"Had a couple with us who indicated several places in Erie who had perch that it didn’t really taste like perch. We assured them colony had great perch and they got the sandwich. They loved it. I got the perch dinner. I never said anything but the owner came over and was not happy it was overdone. So he sent it back to the kitchen to have it done correctly. The attention to making it a good experience was greatly appreciated. It’s hard to find this type of good service. Highly recommend."
