What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Coffee on the Rocks offers a charming atmosphere with a unique duck pond experience, lauded by many for its ambiance and outdoor seating. While some reviewers find the coffee itself mediocre or overpriced, the overall setting and the fun of feeding the ducks make it a worthwhile stop, especially for families. Some patrons have noted issues with service and drink quality, but the picturesque location often compensates for minor shortcomings.
"Beautiful cafe in front of a gorgeous peak and an adorable little duck pond! You can grab some corn inside and feed the ducks running around!
The coffee was amazing and the staff were even better! The day we went, they were struggling with their espresso machine yet they made sure everyone was taken care of!
Big area to sit and overlook the hill in the back. Must go to for the vibe and location!"

"This is my new favorite coffee shop! The coffee itself is mediocre, but the atmosphere makes up for it. I enjoyed walking around the pond with my drink and feeding the ducks. I love that they come right up to you and eat out of your hand. I made my husband come here every day of our trip, but unfortunately on the last day we had to leave because the line was out the door and we had to drive back to Wisconsin. I hope I’ll make it back someday!"
Kristin Tanner
"This place was adorable. There’s a nice pond to walk around and shady spots to drink coffee. They also have an inside room. For kids (or adults!) they offer food to feed the feisty ducks and geese. I wish we had found this place on our first day instead of our last - especially because they also serve wine/beer/cocktails in the evening. The cold brew was good too :-) Highly recommend."
